Building Maintenance Supervisor

What You?ll Do   Supervise and mentor a crew of 5?10 maintenance workers across various commercial sites
Plan, schedule, and execute installations, maintenance, and repair projects
Prepare production reports and cost/material estimates
Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
Order materials, equipment, and supplies
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards
Offer coaching, performance and guidance recommend promotions, raises, or other personnel actions
What You Bring   Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent
1?2 years of supervisory experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields
Strong organization, oral communication, leadership, and team-player attitude
Ability to work under pressure, including occasional overtime
Comfortable in various on?site environments (outdoor, noisy, at heights, dusty conditions)
