Shape the future of automation systems as the Principal Automation Manager at JLL in Pitt Meadows, BC. Lead a dedicated team to optimize operations and enhance safety across facilities.
This role calls for strategic leadership in managing automation initiatives will mentor a team of Automation Managers while ensuring the seamless operation of advanced control systems, thus driving operational performance and equipment reliability to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the automation program and technical operations
• Lead a team to fulfill client requirements and safety goals
• Provide subject matter expertise on control system troubleshooting
• Design and implement automation solutions across platforms
• Monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in automation with PLC systems
• Leadership experience in managing automation teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of robotics and control systems
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Availability for flexible schedules, including rotational support
