Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train a team of maintenance mechanics

• Develop solutions for complex maintenance challenges

• Manage external contractors for emergency support

• Oversee preventive maintenance and cleanliness of the facility

• Coordinate with Environmental Health and Safety teams

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous leadership experience in maintenance

• Flexibility to work varying shifts

• Proficient in maintenance of industrial machinery

• Authorized to work without company sponsorship
