Position: Blueberry Farm Supervisor with Team Leadership
Lead and manage farm operations for blueberries as a Farm Supervisor. Supervise a dedicated team and enhance crop productivity through effective planning and coordination.

In the role of Farm Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee the work of 3-4 general farm workers and harvesting laborers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining crop logs, supervising agricultural operations, and ensuring the proper functioning of machinery. Organization and teamwork are key in this physically demanding outdoor job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize daily farm activities

• Supervise harvesting workers and their performance

• Monitor and support growing operations of blueberries

• Maintain logs and operational records

• Operate and sustain farm machinery and tools

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school education

• Minimum 1 year of farming experience

• Proven organizational abilities

• Willingness to work in challenging conditions

• Flexible shifts available: morning, day, evening
