Administrator – Senior’s Rental Housing

We’re looking for an Administrator to lead operations at Maple Towers, a 93-suite seniors’ rental community in Maple Ridge. You will oversee operations, resident engagement, facilities, and financial stewardship while fostering a compassionate, value-driven community where seniors can experience life well.

• Lead community operations including resident engagement and service delivery
• Oversee building maintenance, inspections, and contractors
• Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction
• Manage budgets and financial performance
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and partners
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture

• Education – Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience – Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in housing, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors
• Skills & Competencies – Operational leadership across resident services and maintenance; resident engagement and occupancy management; facilities and grounds oversight including inspections and contractors; safety and security management; strong, evidence-based decision-making; communication and relationship-building; ability to manage competing priorities; problem-solving and critical thinking

• Competitive salary: $69,000 – $72,000
