Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate facility project delivery
• Oversee contract management and compliance
• Conduct reviews and recommend design solutions
• Control budgets and assess project feasibility
• Ensure quality and safety through regular field reviews
Requirements:
• Diploma in engineering, building technology, or equivalent
• At least five years of construction management experience
• Proven supervisory skills and abilities
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence for British Columbia
• Proficient in project planning and execution
