Duration of contract: 2 years

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager – Data & Analytics Portfolio

• Work closely with the project manager(s), project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and present comprehensive project plans for each project initiative including decision documentation (e.g., statement of work), timelines, and project budgets and estimates. A proven project management methodology must be used.
• Establish clear project reporting processes and risk identification and mitigation processes.
• Control budgets for multiple projects, and provide timely, accurate invoicing, with adequate and appropriate back-up (including but not limited to true copies of third-party vendor invoices) to clearly show actual hours worked, and fees and expenses incurred.
• Dedicate adequate staff resources to support the Contract and must have availability to attend virtual meetings, with short notice during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Pacific Time).
• Participate in a relationship and performance review as required.

• + 8 years of program and project management experience
• PMP certification (strong asset)
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Vendor and contract management experience
• Public sector or Crown corporation experience
• Experience supporting executive steering committees
• Strong governance, reporting, and risk management background
• Experience working with Data & Analytics, Digital, Marketing, or Technology portfolios
