Position: Farm Manager with Green Focus
Location: Pitt Meadows

Lead sustainable farming operations as a Farm Manager dedicated to green practices in Canada. This role is permanent and requires full-time physical presence.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing a vertical farming system, overseeing farm machinery, and maintaining detailed production records.

Your role also includes recruiting and supervising staff/volunteers to ensure efficient operations that contribute to environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct cultivation efforts in a vertical farming system

• Oversee and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment

• Manage all aspects of farm operations effectively

• Keep financial and production records up to date

• Hire and supervise staff or volunteers actively

Requirements:

• Must be a permanent or temporary resident of Canada

• Strong leadership and operational skills in farming

• Commitment to a physical work environment

• Familiarity with eco-friendly farming methods

• Driven to support net-zero goals
