Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Collaboration with local business groups to drive growth and improve guest experiences is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive repeat and new business through strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in business management

• Experience with budgeting and payroll
