Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee facilities maintenance for multiple properties

• Manage budgets and financial resources efficiently

• Provide technical support for capital projects

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Ten years of progressive management experience

• Expertise in facility design and construction

• Strong knowledge of building systems and operations

• Proven leadership in emergency management
