Blacksmith Bakery is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Dishwasher to join our Production Kitchen team in Maple Ridge. This role is responsible for keeping our kitchen, dishes, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for production.

Schedule: Friday / Saturday / Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, clean, and maintain the commercial dish machine, including checking and refilling chemicals.
• Wash, sanitize, organize, and properly put away all dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized dish, kitchen, and storage areas throughout the shift.
• Complete regular floor checks and ensure garbage, recycling, and debris are cleared.
• Keep equipment shelves and kitchen areas organized and properly stocked.
• Assist the Chef Team with basic pastry or kitchen prep when needed.
• Complete thorough closing duties, including washing all remaining dishes, cleaning sinks, emptying garbage and recycling, sweeping and mopping, and cleaning the dish machine.
• Collect and organize dirty linens and aprons for laundry.
• Work closely with the Shift Captain and Chef Team to ensure all cleaning and closing duties are completed to Blacksmith Bakery standards.
