Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and deliver breakfast buffet daily

• Follow and review meal preparation guidelines

• Monitor food portion sizes as dictated by managers

• Conduct temperature audits for food storage areas

• Collaborate in menu planning for special events

Requirements:

• Food Handler's Certificate required

• Hands-on experience in large quantity food prep

• Understanding of therapeutic and specialty diets

• Physical capability to handle heavy loads

• Obtain Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
