BRIKERS seeks a Parts Sales Specialist to manage a defined pipeline of parts and components. You'll be responsible for quoting, negotiating, and closing deals, while maintaining the accuracy of CRM documentation. Your proactive approach will elevate sales performance, requiring you to lead customer conversations and presentations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own parts opportunities from initial contact to closing
• Negotiate and finalize deals with pricing discipline
• Maintain accurate CRM and deal forecasting
• Generate leads through outbound cold calling
• Proactively book meetings for sales presentations
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in heavy construction/mining sales
• Strong negotiation and sales principles knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High integrity and target-driven mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills
