Position: OpenRoad Dealership Sales Manager Role

In this full-time role, you will oversee sales operations while working closely with all dealership departments. Establish and meet sales targets, and ensure that customer needs are met at every step. Training and guiding your sales team will be vital for achieving both individual and collective goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with managers to ensure seamless departmental communication

• Aim to meet and exceed monthly sales goals

• Supervise training and development of sales staff

• Oversee customer satisfaction during transactions

• Stay updated on product features and specifications

Requirements:

• Current OMVIC License and strong leadership skills

• Solid organizational and communication capabilities

• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus

• Valid driver’s license in British Columbia

• Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting tasks
