We are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Estimator to join our team at our Main Office in Maple Ridge, BC. • Review project drawings and specifications with the intent to comprehend the mechanical scope of each project clearly and comprehensively
• Identify and finish incomplete hydronic and plumbing piping scope on mechanical drawings
• Utilize on‑screen takeoff software to create a comprehensive materials and labour estimate
• Maintain an estimating database
• Prepare estimating data reports
• Prepare tender submission documents as required
• Perform other duties as required

• Previous experience as a Plumber Apprentice is preferred
• Holding a Red Seal Certification in Plumbing is considered a strong asset
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an estimator in Mechanical Projects
• Formal education in Estimating or Mechanical Design is an asset
• Proficiency in construction software – specifically Quotesoft, Blue Beam and Revizto is considered a strong asset

$89,000 to $120,000/year + 5% RRSP + Employer‑paid Extended Health & Dental benefits package + Life Insurance + LTD + AD&D
