Job Description

Invictus Northwest Group is growing and looking for dependable, skilled individuals to join our construction and infrastructure crew. We're hiring people with carpentry experience and/or machine operating experience (excavator, road building) who are ready to work, contribute, and grow with the company.

• Perform framing, formwork, and general carpentry work.
• Assist with asphalt projects.
• Read and follow drawings, plans, and site instructions.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
• Support the crew to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.

• Level 3 Carpentry Apprentice, Red Seal, or solid hands‑on experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Team player who can take direction and get things done.
• Residential or commercial construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to step up and take initiative.
