Drake Excavating (2016) Ltd. is searching for a skilled Heavy-Duty Mechanic with a Heavy Duty Mechanical Red Seal Certification. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty equipment and vehicles while managing shop inventory. This full-time position requires a commitment to safety and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles and equipment for maintenance needs

• Perform preventative maintenance and major repairs

• Monitor shop inventory of parts and tools

• Develop maintenance plans with the Operations Manager

• Complete work orders and reports thoroughly

Requirements:

• Heavy Duty Mechanical Red Seal Certification

• Minimum 4 years of mechanical experience

• Strong diagnostic skills with heavy machinery

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
