• Responsible to professionally service HVAC equipment and accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.

• Create a positive relationship with customers; offer other company products and services, and demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer satisfaction skills.

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Domestic Gas Fitter B license (or in progress).
• 3–5 years of field experience servicing water heaters and HVAC equipment (an asset).
• Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts and standby duties.
• Physical ability to perform all required tasks, including lifting up to 15 kg, frequent bending and kneeling, and working in all weather conditions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies such as electronics and electricity.
• Punctuality and dependability.
• Willingness to wear company‑provided uniform.
• Maintenance of a neat, clean, and safe vehicle for the company.
