- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Responsible to professionally service HVAC equipment and accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
- Be willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service‑oriented team.
- Create a positive relationship with customers; offer other company products and services, and demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer satisfaction skills.

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Domestic Gas Fitter B license (or in progress).
- 3–5 years of field experience servicing water heaters and HVAC equipment (an asset).
- Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts and standby duties.
- Physical ability to perform all required tasks, including lifting up to 15 kg, frequent bending and kneeling, and working in all weather conditions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies such as electronics and electricity.
- Punctuality and dependability.
- Willingness to wear company‑provided uniform.
- Maintenance of a neat, clean, and safe vehicle for the company.
