General Labourer - Painter

Overview

We are hiring full‑time and part‑time painters in Maple Ridge, BC to join a dynamic team that has completed over 75 high‑quality paint jobs this year. All positions offer full training and the opportunity to advance to crew manager.

• Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial properties.
• Follow safety protocols while working at heights or outside in various weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, representing the company professionally.
• Manage time and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Assist crew managers by moving ladders, sourcing supplies, and training new painters (crew manager role).
• Resolve client issues and maintain a positive work environment.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to work on ladders and in warm weather; endurance is an asset.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to pursue training certifications provided by the company.
