Autobody Technician

We’re looking for an Experienced Auto Body Technician.

• Competitive Pay:
  Technicians can earn up to $200,000+ through our flat rate and bonus system. 30 flat rate, up to 42 flat rate including top production level. and certifications
• Performance Bonuses:
  Extra pay for surpassing bi-weekly production hour thresholds

• Most experienced technicians bill 400+ hours per month

• Day shift:
  Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:00am-5:30pm.
• Flexible schedules available: afternoons, nights, or weekends

• Experience as an Auto Body Technician in a high-volume or advanced repair environment
• Strong understanding of modern repair methods, materials, and equipment (experience with EVs, aluminum repair, or ADAS calibration is an asset)
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
