As an Auto Body Technician, you will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while ensuring that all repairs meet our WOW (Wow Operating Way) standards. You will work collaboratively to achieve KPIs in a professional atmosphere that values your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the WOW plan consistently
• Repair damage to body panels effectively
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
• Assess and repair structural components
• Install and remove welded parts with precision
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding
• Valid driver's license required
• Own toolbox essential
