ANTICIPATED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

POSITION: FULL TIME EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT

SALARY:
As per MSEA Contract

AVAILABLE:
March 2026

REQUIREMENTS:
Assist the School Nurse with student intake, basic first aid, and health screenings.

Maintain records within the Student Information Systems with accuracy and attention to detail.

Office and clerical tasks.

Disciplined adherence to FERPA and HIPAA regulations (confidentiality & privacy).

Preferred:
Strong preference for candidates familiar with medical records systems and digital database management.

Ability to maintain a calm, efficient environment while handling sensitive information and student health needs.

Current CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain.
