We are a growing, client-focused insurance agency seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and grow a commercial P&C client portfolio. This hybrid role is based in Maple Shade, NJ and offers flexibility for experienced professionals who can work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded commercial insurance professional with strong technical knowledge and a client-first mindset.

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients

• Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage reviews

• Support new business onboarding and assist producers as needed

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing consultative coverage guidance

• Collaborate with producers, carrier partners, and internal support teams

• Stay current on carrier appetites, market trends, and coverage developments

• 3+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience

• Strong generalist knowledge across major commercial lines

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and support retention

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Active Property & Casualty license required

• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Maple Shade, NJ

• Base salary: $60,000–$80,000
