Description
:
Must have TWIC card;
Vehicle preferred. Provide janitorial/sanitizing/disinfecting services in accordance with contract scope and specifications. Follow Goodwill and subcontract site policies and safety procedures. Maintain professional etiquette.

• Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance; wear company‑issued uniform.
• Perform routine restroom maintenance (clean toilets, sinks, wash mirrors and floors).
• Conduct routine cleaning functions such as vacuuming, emptying trash cans, dusting, sanitizing/disinfecting high‑touch surfaces.
• Sanitize/disinfect and maintain floors and tabletops in all areas based on contracted specifications.
• Assign tasks to team members.
• Interact courteously with employees and customers.
• Attend regularly; flexibility required.
• Perform all janitorial duties necessary when staff shortages occur.
• Carry out any other essential duties as assigned.
