Loaner Vehicle Coordinator - Infiniti

Role Overview

Loaner Car Coordinator to join Holman Infiniti.

• Coordinate with valet to have loaner vehicles cleaned inside and out prior to loaning to customers.
• Ensure loaner vehicles are filled to at least ¼ tank before loaning them out.
• Check loaner vehicles in properly for damage and fuel usage before customer departure from the service center.
• Maintain proper documentation for all loaner contracts.
• Prepare loaners and ensure they are ready for early morning appointments.
• Escort customers to the vehicle, conduct a walk‑around, cover pre‑existing damage, and verify fuel levels.

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings to customers, clients, and coworkers.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Problem‑solving ability for situations involving several concrete variables in standardized scenarios.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Computer literate.
• Fleet management experience (preferred).

Competitive pay range: $20.00–$24.74 per hour. Incentives and growth opportunities are available.
