Loaner Car Coordinator

Holman Infiniti is seeking a Loaner Car Coordinator to manage loaner vehicle operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with valet to have loaner vehicles cleaned inside and out prior to loaning to customers.
• Ensure loaner vehicles are filled to at least one‑quarter tank before loaning them out.
• Check loaner vehicles for damage and fuel usage and ensure proper documentation for all loaner contracts before customers leave the service center.
• Prepare loaner vehicles and line them up for early appointments in the morning.
• Escort customers to their vehicles, perform a walk‑around, cover pre‑existing damage, and verify fuel levels.

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
• Ability to apply common sense in written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Ability to handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Computer literate.
• Fleet management experience preferred.
