Customer Service Representative

We are looking for team-oriented individuals with personality, people skills, and high energy! Our CSR’s greet customers, answer phones, take orders and prepare pizza while providing excellent customer service.

• Hourly pay: $17.13 to $19.00 per hour, plus tips.
• Paid sick leave per Washington State law.

• Operate all kitchen equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product, including pizza assembly and dough handling.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and maintain daily hygiene standards.
• Provide orientation and on‑the‑job training to new team members.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers both verbally and in writing.

• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and give correct monetary change.
• Efficient verbal, written, and telephone communication.
• Motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for precise food preparation.
• Typing or data entry using computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions.

• Standing and walking for most of the shift on ceramic tile or linoleum floors.
• Climbing and walking stairs for limited periods (e.g., to change prices, perform maintenance).
• Long periods of forward bending, stooping, and reaching during pizza assembly and front‑counter tasks.
• Lifting up to 35–50 pounds (bulk product deliveries, cases of ingredients) and carrying smaller items.
• Enduring temperature variations from 36°F to 90°F, hot oven surfaces up to 500°F, and food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Telephone and computer use for order processing.
• Near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone continuously.
