Position Overview
Join our collaborative team to provide urgent care services at the Maple Valley Clinic, a 7‑day open urgent care center in Maple Valley, WA.
Full‑time position, 12‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday and 8‑hour weekend shifts (every other weekend). No call expectations.
Average 20‑25 patients per day, 25‑30 during peak Flu/Cold season. Each shift is supported by 3 PAAs, 5 MAs, and 3 other providers including APPs.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive urgent care for a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and support staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with quality measures.
- Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
- Valid medical license in Washington State and DEA registration with full prescriptive authority.
Prior experience in an urgent care environment.
CompensationBase salary: $275,000 per year plus incentives. Incentives may include productivity, quality/service bonuses, and shift incentives.
