Job Overview
Provide exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating our customers and employees fairly and ethically, maintaining a safe, clean, inclusive environment, and delivering the right products and services with accurate pricing. Responsibilities- Support company health and wellness initiatives.
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain current national/state registration, certification, or license as required.
- Assist pharmacist with all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgement.
- Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing.
- Coach and train clerks and/or technicians.
- Compound medications according to regulations.
- Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches records.
- Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and applications.
- Complete CLIA-waived screening duties in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Offer additional health and wellness services as permitted by state and regulatory bodies.
- Enforce sanitation and safety regulations and notify management of unsafe conditions.
- Report illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud.
- Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Age 18 years or older.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Completion of required national registration, certification, or licensure.
- Previous comparable experience.
- Experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.
