Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, supporting their recovery and improving functional mobility. Ensure treatment plans are effectively executed while maintaining compliance with licensing and facility standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote rehabilitation and pain relief.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and family members on therapy exercises and post-treatment care.

Qualifications:

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in outpatient or clinical therapy settings.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Ability to interpret medical referrals and treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Willingness to work day shifts and adhere to dress and conduct standards.
