The Training Director is responsible for developing team members and leaders through structured training programs. This role ensures consistency, growth, and excellence across all positions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement training systems for all roles
* Oversee onboarding and ongoing development programs
* Train and develop trainers and team leaders
* Track progress and ensure accountability in skill development
* Identify gaps and create solutions for improvement
* Support leadership pipeline development
Qualifications
* 2+ years of leadership or training experience
* Strong teaching and coaching abilities
* Excellent communication and organization skills
* Passion for developing others
* Detail-oriented with a growth mindset
