Chick-fil-A Maple Valley - Immediate Opening for a Dynamic Director of Operations (General Manager)

This Director of Operations role is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for restaurant performance. You will lead leaders, own results, and drive operational excellence across all areas of the business.

Operational Leadership

• Oversee all daily operations across Front of House, Back of House, and Drive-Thru
• Ensure excellence in speed, accuracy, food quality, and guest experience

Leadership Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Directors, Managers, and Team Leaders
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and culture of ownership

Performance Management

• Drive key business metrics including sales, transaction count, labor, and profitability
• Analyze performance data and implement improvements

Food Safety & Quality

• Ensure safe, clean, and compliant operations at all times
• Maintain high standards for food quality and consistency

Strategic Execution

• Execute business initiatives aligned with growth and operational goals
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and team performance

• Real authority to lead and make decisions
• Full ownership of operational outcomes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably multi-unit or senior leadership
• Strong business acumen with excellent decision-making skills
• Proven ability to lead and inspire leaders

Work Schedule & Environment

• Full-time position with flexible 8 or 10-hour shifts
• Includes weekend availability, holidays, overtime, and on-call duties
• On-site role at a locally owned and operated Chick-fil-A restaurant
