Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee all daily operations across Front of House, Back of House, and Drive-Thru
• Ensure excellence in speed, accuracy, food quality, and guest experience

Leadership Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Directors, Managers, and Team Leaders
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and culture of ownership

Performance Management

• Drive key business metrics including sales, transaction count, labor, and profitability
• Analyze performance data and implement improvements

Food Safety & Quality

• Ensure safe, clean, and compliant operations at all times
• Maintain high standards for food quality and consistency

Strategic Execution

• Execute business initiatives aligned with growth and operational goals
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and team performance

• Real authority to lead and make decisions

  Qualifications

  • 3+ years with leadership experience, preferably multi‑unit or senior leadership
  • Strong business acumen and excellent decision‑making skills

  Work Schedule & Environment

  • Full‑time, 8‑ or 10‑hour shifts with weekend/holiday, overtime, and on‑call duties
