Build a rewarding career where connection, service, and sales come together. $21.525 - $22.750 / hour + bonuses & commission Currently seeking to fill part time position The Role - What You'll Do As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you're the heart of the front desk — welcoming clients, managing scheduling and check-ins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship-focused sales process.

You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on-brand. If you love talking to people — and love listening even more — this role was made for you.

Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person.
Compensation & Benefits What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($21.525 - $22.750 based on experience), monthly performance bonuses based on conversion targets, and commission on Wellness Program sales.
