Overview
Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is more than just a repair company — we exist to keep the coffee world brewing. Founded in 2016 by Shane Eastwood, a former Starbucks barista and manager, Caffeinated Coffee Repairs was built on the idea that coffee equipment repair could be done better. Today, our team supports clients across the South-Central and Pacific Northwest United States, servicing a wide variety of espresso machines, coffee brewers, and grinding equipment — providing everything from preventative maintenance to emergency repairs to ensure every machine delivers consistency, reliability, and the perfect cup.
We pride ourselves on technical excellence, dependable service, and long-term partnerships. Every team member contributes to a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and customer focus. We help spark joy in every cup, one service call at a time.
We have a solid team across Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Washington State, and we support all areas to exceed customer expectations.
New hires begin by riding along with a certified technician until enrollment in a certification class. We work with several different manufacturers. Once trained and certified, you can work independently with a company vehicle. The role is largely independent but with team support and strong customer interaction. We work on advanced equipment requiring troubleshooting and welcome individuals who want to become coffee technicians.
PositionCaffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a passionate individual with a love for coffee to join our team as a Service Technician. No technical experience is required; we welcome candidates with a genuine enthusiasm for coffee and a willingness to learn. Previous experience repairing appliances or as a barista is a plus but not required.
