Company Overview

Pacific Delivery and Logistics, LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking motivated individuals for a delivery driver position at DWA5 in Maple Valley, WA. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages.

The driver will serve Issaquah, Newcastle, Sammamish, Redmond, Woodinville, Duvall, Carnation, and Monroe. Deliveries to downtown Bellevue or the City of Seattle are not accepted.

• $25.25 starting hourly pay.
• Up to $1,245.00 per week* (includes Base Pay, Overtime Opportunities, and Bonuses).

• 90‑day review: opportunity to move from $25.25 to $25.50 per hour.
• 6‑month review: maximum promotion to $26.00 per hour.
• 12‑month review: maximum promotion to $26.50 per hour.

• Start time 9:30 am; shifts range between 8–10 hours per day.
• Shifts are available 7 days per week.
• Full‑time work week: 4 days with 3 days off.
• Part‑time work: 3 days per week.
• Weekends preferred.

As a Delivery Associate, you will drive an Amazon‑branded vehicle, delivering 150–300 packages per day. You will serve as a delivery driver hero in your assigned neighborhoods, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner.

• Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages for delivery.

Health and safety are always a top priority. Amazon and its contracted Delivery Service Partners consult with medical and health experts to implement appropriate precautions to keep delivery drivers healthy.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States.
• Willingness to undergo a 4‑Panel (no THC) drug screen.
• Ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van.
• Physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds.
