Night Shift Technician – Fleet Installation Support

Job Overview

Hire Quest Direct Tacoma is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Technicians to support a commercial fleet vehicle installation project in Maple Valley. This is a staffing assignment supporting daily field operations. Technicians will assist with material handling, inventory tracking, kit preparation, and support for installation teams to help maintain safe, organized, and efficient workflow.

This role is a strong fit for candidates with experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, material handling, production support, or similar hands-on environments.

• Support material handling and inventory operations
• Receive, organize, and stage materials for installation teams
• Track inventory and assist with kit preparation
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Support daily warehouse and logistics workflow
• Work closely with team members to help keep operations running smoothly

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, material handling, or related environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  
  Ability to lift and move materials safely
  
  Reliable and safety-minded with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  
  Valid driver’s license preferred

• Must meet client screening and onboarding requirements
• 10-panel drug screening required
• Required safety training/certification must be completed before the first day on-site

• Steel-toe boots
• Valid photo

• Full PPE provided onsite

• Night shift assignment
• Overtime may be required
• Some shifts may extend to 10–12 hours
• Temporary project assignment with possible extension
• Future opportunities may be available at additional sites throughout King and Pierce County
