Night Shift Logistics Technician

Position Overview

Hire Quest Direct Tacoma is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Technicians for a night shift commercial fleet installation support project in Maple Valley. This is a temporary staffing assignment supporting material handling, inventory control, and daily coordination for installation teams in a fast-paced field environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory support, shipping/receiving, material staging, or related hands‑on work.

• Handle and move materials safely throughout the worksite
• Assist with inventory tracking and material organization
• Stage parts, tools, and kits for installation teams
• Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas
• Support daily logistics and warehouse-related activity
• Communicate with team members to help maintain workflow and productivity

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, material handling, inventory, or related

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment
• Ability to lift, move, and stage materials safely
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Resume required
• Employment verification required
• Must meet client onboarding and screening requirements
• 10‑panel drug screening required
• Required safety training/certification must be completed before the first day on‑site

• Steel‑toe boots

• Full PPE provided onsite

• Night shift position
• Overtime may be required based on project needs
• Some shifts may extend to 10–12 hours
• Temporary assignment with potential for continued work at additional sites
• Weekly pay
