As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will lead the development and execution of pricing strategies aligned with brand and category objectives. This position requires strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets in a consumer-packaged goods environment. You will monitor pricing impacts, refine strategies, and support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies aligned with brand goals
• Publish and maintain customer pricing templates for accuracy
• Collaborate with Sales Team for flawless execution of pricing initiatives
• Analyze category performance using external benchmark data
• Present strategy updates to Marketing and Sales Leadership
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Business or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue management or business analytics
• Strong understanding of customer pricing mechanics
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and related software
• Excellent communication and project management skills
