Health & Safety Manager Lodge Farms

In this position, you'll work closely with the Director of Environment, Health, Safety & Security to steer health and safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with health & safety policies

• Collaborate with teams to enhance safe work procedures

• Facilitate contractor management support

• Identify root causes of incidents and injuries

• Manage training for first aid and emergency response

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in a health and safety role

• Excellent knowledge of workplace safety regulations

• Strong planning and execution skills

• Effective communicator and team collaborator

• Relevant educational background and safety designation
