Provider Operations Coordinator

Join Maple as a Provider Operations Coordinator to enhance our healthcare platform. This hybrid role focuses on provider onboarding, support triage, and KPI monitoring.

As a Provider Operations Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in keeping the Provider Network Operations team running smoothly. In this full-time position, you will coordinate incoming inquiries, manage onboarding for new providers, and help optimize performance metrics across the network. Your contributions will ensure a seamless communication flow, fostering collaboration across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage the provider support inbox and Slack channel

• Coordinate new provider onboarding from start to finish

• Support quality feedback loops for targeted education

• Manage mass provider communications via Hub Spot

• Monitor and present weekly KPIs to the provider team

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years in operations

• Excellent organizational skills for high-volume tasks

• Proactive communication and relationship management

• Strong written communication abilities

• Collaborative mindset with a service orientation
