In this role, you will own product work for specific areas of Maple's patient experience. With over two years of product management experience, you’ll lead initiatives from problem definition through launch. Engage with patients and utilize data analytics to overcome access barriers and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day product management tasks for patient access journey
• Lead product features from concept to launch, testing assumptions through AI
• Partner with engineering to design intuitive patient experiences
• Communicate progress, risks, and changes to cross-functional partners
• Validate AI opportunities to improve care access and patient navigation
Requirements:
• 2+ years product management in software or AI-enabled products
• Proven record of launching user-driven products
• Strong skills in problem-solving and product judgment
• Experience with data insights and stakeholder management
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex workflows
