• Communicate with customers to identify vehicle needs

• Qualify buyers on financing and insurance needs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field

• 2-3 years' experience as an F&I/Financial Service Manager

• OMVIC License in good standing

• Proficiency in ERP/DMS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and organizational skills
