In this strategic role, you'll align Maple's people strategy with business priorities, guiding our growing team. You will facilitate effective workforce planning, manage employee relations, and oversee payroll and benefits while enhancing processes to scale effectively. Your leadership will foster a human-first culture while advising on compliance and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary People & Culture partner for business units
• Elevate core HR operations and ensure compliance
• Design and implement company-wide people programs
• Maintain modern policies aligned with Canadian standards
• Coach direct reports for professional growth
Requirements:
• 7 years in Human Resources or People Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience as an HR business partner for senior leaders
• Deep knowledge of employee relations and HR operations
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
Drive impactful people strategies that align with Maple's mission and values.
