The ideal candidate will leverage their HR skills and decision-making abilities in a manufacturing, unionized setting with 2-3 years of experience. You will coordinate recruitment, maintain reporting requirements, and ensure smooth HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment activities for hourly employees

• Support Managers with staffing needs and temporary help

• Maintain reporting requirements for recruitment KPIs

• Organize and conduct exit interviews and analyses

• Provide HR customer service across all business levels

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management

• Working towards CHRP designation with relevant experience

• Knowledge of current employment legislation

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
