As Canada's leading poultry processor, Maple Lodge Farms is looking for a skilled Senior Payroll Administrator with over 7 years of experience. This new role will focus on payroll processing for MLF employees in Mississauga and Brampton, managing tasks such as validating Time & Attendance and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. In addition, you'll work closely with HR to uphold personnel records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately on a weekly/biweekly basis

• Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance

• Execute year-end payroll reconciliations and reporting

• Address staff inquiries regarding payroll matters

• Monitor payroll calculations and adjustments

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field preferred

• At least 7 years of payroll experience

• Knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards law

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
