Maple Glass & Closets Ltd. is hiring a full-time Welder in Langford, BC. This role involves interpreting blueprints and fusing various metals for installations in commercial settings.
As a Welder, you will work in a permanent role at Maple Glass & Closets Ltd. Your key responsibilities include reading designs, operating welding machines, and installing cabinetry components. The position requires proficiency in English and at least one year of relevant experience in welding or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects
• Fuse iron and aluminum using multiple welding techniques
• Cut and shape metals with cutting machines
• Operate and adjust welding and bending machines
• Install and finish closet and vanity doors in commercial environments
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• High school diploma completion required
• Minimum of 1 year relevant welding experience
