As our firm continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to help execute and scale our marketing and client acquisition efforts.

THE POSITION

The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in executing our marketing strategy and supporting new client development. This is a hands‑on, results‑oriented position focused on driving consistent lead flow, supporting events, and maintaining organized marketing systems.

You will work directly with firm leadership to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and opportunities are properly followed up on.

What You Will Do
  • Execute targeted outbound outreach campaigns to prospective clients and referral partners.
  • Build and schedule email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences.
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for improved response rates.
  • Support paid digital advertising efforts (social media, Google) including monitoring performance and coordinating creative updates.
Event Marketing & Follow‑Up
  • Plan and coordinate marketing for seminars, workshops, client appreciation events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Manage invitations, registration tracking, reminders, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Convert event attendees into scheduled client meetings through organized follow‑up systems.
  • Ensure no interested prospect falls through the cracks.
CRM & Opportunity Management
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records including contact information, campaign attribution, and meeting outcomes.
  • Monitor open opportunities to ensure timely follow‑up and progression.
  • Maintain clean data and organized marketing lists.
Content & Brand Support
  • Schedule and publish social media content across platforms.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, advertisements, and event materials.
  • Repurpose educational content across email, social, and event promotion.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and professional presentation.
Research & List Development
  • Identify prospective clients and centers of influence (CPAs, attorneys, HR contacts, business owners).
  • Build and maintain targeted outreach lists aligned with firm growth initiatives.
  • Support seasonal marketing shifts (e.g., increased outreach outside of peak financial planning seasons).
  • Work closely with advisors to align marketing initiatives with firm growth priorities.
  • Provide weekly reporting on marketing activity and lead generation metrics.
  • Assist in refining processes to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
What You Bring
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus
  • 1–3 years of marketing, inside sales, or business development experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Self‑starter with a growth mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Nice to Have
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or professional services marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Experience running email campaigns or managing digital ads
  • Basic graphic design or Canva skills
  • Event planning experience
