LVT Installer – Crew Chief (Commercial & Residential)

We are a growing flooring installation company specializing in commercial Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) installations for indoor pickleball facilities across the United States. As demand grows, we are expanding into the residential flooring market and are looking for an experienced Crew Chief to help lead installations and train team members.

The LVT Installer – Crew Chief will lead installation crews on commercial and residential LVT projects nationwide. This role requires strong hands‑on installation experience, leadership skills, and the ability to train and manage team members while maintaining high‑quality workmanship and job‑site efficiency.

• Lead and supervise installation crews on commercial and residential LVT projects
• Install commercial‑grade LVT flooring, including layout, prep, and finishing
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards and deadlines
• Train team members on proper installation techniques and job‑site procedures
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on‑site as needed
• Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
• Travel nationwide for projects, including frequent flights

• Proven experience installing LVT flooring (commercial experience required; residential experience strongly preferred)
• Experience leading a crew or supervising flooring installations
• Strong knowledge of floor preparation, layout, adhesives, and installation best practices
• Ability to train and mentor installers
• Must have a valid driver’s license and REAL
• Must be able and willing to travel and fly for projects across the country
• Ability to lift materials and work in active construction environments

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience working on sports flooring or large commercial facilities
• Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity on tight timelines
