Combining in‑depth automotive repair knowledge with exceptional people skills, you will manage customer relationships, serve as a liaison between technicians and customers, coach and supervise vehicle technicians, and assist with parts procurement.

Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 (first‑time hires)

Pay Range: $22.66 – $33.99 per hour

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and retention of an effective auto service team.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and follow‑up.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
• Manage paperwork and financial transactions to support efficient store operations.
• Drive sales through vehicle inspections and facilitation between front and back‑office staff.
• Provide insights to front‑office staff to enhance product and service sales.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with customer complaints.
• Aptitude for inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance management.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.
• Valid automotive driver’s license to test‑drive customer vehicles.

• 2‑year degree or equivalent.
